ENTREGA DE DOCUMENTOS OBLIGATORIOS
Cada estudiante debe entregar en la clase, en un sobre de acetato, los siguientes documentos:
Certificado afiliación EPS. (ADRES) Consultar aquí.
Fotocopia documento identidad ESTUDIANTE.
Fotocopia registro civil.
Fotocopia documento identidad ACUDIENTE.
Se debe entregar con una "pestaña" en la parte superior donde indica el nombre del estudiante, el curso y la jornada.
